ART 132Â Final Project
ART 132 Final Project: Create with free materials available around you. I create with chess pieces I found at home. The idea is to let the chess pieces wear armor, pick up weapons and armor, and protect the world with their backs against the big tree. Bending, annealing, silver soldering, surface treatments, decorations, delicate silver finishes and innovative connections are used.
I used golden copper wire to make the tree, bent it to make the branches, and then twisted them together.
I used silver as the raw material to make the crown weapon armor and shield
By tapping the silver sheet to bend it and make it into the shape of the armor
Cutting sheet metal into swords and shields, grinding
Weld the silver tube and other parts to make it a whole and fix it with the chess pieces
Cut the slice into a wavy shape, bend it, and weld it. Finally use a tool to tap it to the desired size
The final step is polishing
